ITSFFFRESH is a physical space is a kiosk located at Avenida Dom Carlos I, near number 119, in Lisbon. There, you can find a selection of silkscreen prints, originals, risography, and limited-edition prints. In addition to the kiosk, we operate a pop-up gallery inside Black Sheep Lisboa at Praça das Flores 62, where we curate a selection of ITSFFFRESH works in a relaxed, vernissage-style setting.

PURCHASING & PICKUP

Can I buy online and pick up my order at BLACK SHEEP?

No. However, you can schedule your pickup at IT’S FFFRESH KIOSK. Your order will be available for collection 24 hours after purchase (on working days). Our team will contact you to arrange the pickup.

Can I buy directly from the BLACK SHEEP staff?

Yes! You can purchase any artwork displayed on the walls at BLACK SHEEP. However, not all online items are available at the bar.

Can I pick up my artwork somewhere else in Lisbon?

No, we currently only offer pickup at:

Alternatively, you can opt for shipping to your address by paying a shipping fee. We do not deliver to hotels.

When can I schedule a pickup at BLACK SHEEP?

Pickups are available only during bar hours, from 18:00 to 20:00.
If you prefer an earlier pickup, it will be scheduled at IT’S FFFRESH KIOSK (Avenida Dom Carlos I, next to nº119).

I bought an artwork at BLACK SHEEP but can’t take it home the same day. Can you hold it?

Yes, but only for 48 hours. After that, the order will be canceled. We recommend paying a shipping fee to have it delivered to your home.

Can I pick up my order when the bar is closed?

No, pickups are only available when BLACK SHEEP is open.

Do you offer framing?

No, we currently do not offer framing. All prints are sold unframed, allowing you to choose a frame that best fits your space.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Can I get a refund or exchange an artwork?

Original artworks: Non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
Prints: You have 30 days from the purchase date to request a refund or exchange.
