Printing technique: Risography is a unique technique that combines screen printing (serigraphy) and photocopying elements. Developed in Japan in the 1980s as a cost-effective method for producing high-volume prints, it has since gained popularity in the art and design world for its distinctive aesthetic. Indeed, this technique is widely used for creating zines, posters, art prints, and limited-edition books, offering a distinctive, textured aesthetic that stands out from standard digital printing.

The artist: Lisa is a self-taught French illustrator born in Brittany, France and now living in Lisbon. She’s been drawing since she was a child, inspired by the vibrant world of comic books. Her colorful universe blends playfulness and personality, making each piece feel alive and full of character.
